The following series of questions relates to the level of satisfaction which you usually find in your interaction with your spouse.

1. How happy are you with the way in which you and your spouse usually handle each of the following aspects of your family life? Please circle the number which best represents how happy you are in each area.

4. Looking back over this list once again, please suggest ways in which a change in your behavior might improve your satisfaction in any areas which you rated as ' 4 or 5' that is, less than moderately happy or unhappy.
